I build ventures
that cross borders.
Operating eight companies across technology, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, consumer brands, and capital — spanning Nepal, Singapore, India, and the USA.
The operator behind
the holding
I run Crestha Holding — a multi-entity group operating across four countries and eight verticals. Every company in the portfolio was built from scratch, not acquired. From banking infrastructure to cloud services to a coffee brand, the common thread is first-principles execution and an obsession with operational depth.
Before the holding existed, I was the person writing code, closing the first deal, hiring the first employee. That operator instinct hasn't left. I still believe the best founders stay close to the metal — close to the product, close to the customer, close to the numbers that actually matter.
I lead a team of 20+ professionals across Nepal, Singapore, India, and the USA. Each venture has its own leadership, but the holding-level thesis is mine: find sectors where emerging markets are underserved, build the infrastructure, and operate it with discipline.
"Lead with conviction, build with purpose. Every venture is a bet on a future that doesn't exist yet — and a commitment to make it real."
How I operate
Four principles that run through every company in the portfolio.
Zero-to-One Execution
Every venture in the portfolio started from a blank page. I don't invest in ideas — I build them. First customer, first dollar, first operational proof point. That's where conviction comes from.
Cross-Border by Design
Not expansion for vanity — multi-geography because the problems demand it. Regulatory arbitrage, talent distribution, and market access are structural advantages when you architect them deliberately.
Operational Depth
I don't delegate understanding. Whether it's PCI-DSS audit methodology, cross-border banking rails, or cloud infrastructure provisioning — I go deep enough to make the hard calls myself.
Conviction-Led Capital
Capital follows conviction, not the other way around. Each venture is funded with patience and deployed with discipline. No spray-and-pray — every bet is a thesis I'm willing to operate personally.

Why I Build Holdings, Not Startups
The holding structure isn't a vanity play — it's an operating system. Shared infrastructure, cross-entity leverage, and a single thesis running through eight companies.

Emerging markets reward patience and infrastructure. Here's how we architect cross-border operations that survive regulatory complexity and win on execution speed.

The best capital comes from people who've operated. I deploy into ventures I'd be willing to run — and often do. That changes every decision at the table.
